We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your ticket time, as LA traffic can be unpredictable. We only allow a set number of guests at a time, so you’ll have plenty of time to engage with all of the rooms. Most guests spend around an hour and a half to journey through the experience. So unfortunately, if you miss your time slot, your ticket is no longer valid.
Minors under the age of 16 will not be allowed inside the exhibit without at least one adult guardian accompanying them.
No strollers, and we ask visitors to limit the size of personal bags, as to not hinder their immersive experience.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Unicorn Museum (TUM) is not responsible for lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets.
Assumption of risk: By using this ticket and entering TUM, the holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the exhibition experience, whether such risks occur prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual interaction in the exhibit, including specifically (but not exclusively):
(i) the danger of being injured by interacting with the exhibit or other objects or projectiles.
(ii) incidents associated with crowds of people or the negligence or misconduct of other participants.
(iii) If you have food allergies, please ask staff before consuming food and beverages.
(iv) TUM may include haze, loud noises, disorienting visual images. If you have a heart condition, epilepsy, are prone to seizures, or adversely affected by theatrical haze/fog/loud sounds, please consider whether this experience is for you.
The Holder further agrees that OnCloud9 LLC doing business as The Unicorn Museum, and their respective agents and players are not liable for any injuries from such causes.
All captured content taken by TUM of its guests and experience is the property of TUM. All captured content of TUM posted publicly, by outside persons, is released to TUM for public use.
